9. West Bengal

West Bengal is the fourth-most populous state in India and it is located at the eastern region of India and it is also the seventh-most populous sub-national entity in the world, with more than 91 million inhabitants. Kolkata is capital of this state and to be an ideal hub to cover all the destinations in state.  West Bengal encompasses two big natural regions like, the ‘Gangetic Plain’ in the south and the ‘sub-Himalayan’ and ‘Himalayan’ area in the north so that it be perfect destination for holiday.

This state has the privilege of being the capital of British India, during the British colonial era from 1700–1912, at that time this state is lalled as Calcutta. Kolkata owes its origins to European styles and tastes imported by the British and, to a much lesser extent, by the Portuguese and French.


Darjeeling, Kolkata, Sundarbans National Park, Shantiniketan, Jaldhapara Wildlife Sanctuary are the some of the popular  tourism places available in this state.
